Italian, Chinese, Asian – the chef can whip up many popular dishes, but is happiest sharing his love for Balinese fare – yellow rice, urab, lawar, ikan pepes, satay, and ayam betutu. And he will happily oblige if you crave something off-menu, or have special dietary requirements. Linger over a light poolside lunch, move from sunset to stars with a seafood barbecue – the catch-of-the-day provided by the village fishermen. Or enjoy a formal multi-course feast served at the enormous dining table in air-conditioned comfort.
Guests are requested to provide grocery money in advance and to plan meals to allow adequate time for grocery shopping. Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price plus 20%++, which covers government taxes and a service fee, and staff will keep all receipts for reference at the end of your stay.
