Be sure to sample some of the local Balinese delicacies such as gado gado (vegetables with peanut sauce) or a traditional rendang beef curry. Or, with the abundance of seafood on your doorstep, arrange for a barbecue feast on the terrace.
If guests have specific requests then the chef is more than happy to tailor meals accordingly and accommodate any special dietary requirements. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals the evening before.
To allow the kitchen staff time to shop and prepare, it’s necessary to order in advance – either the evening before (for special requests) or at breakfast time each day. Groceries and beverages are charged at cost and guests will be requested to provide a float for provisions. Receipts will be provided for an end-of-stay reckoning.
